An Edgar Springs man faces charges following his arrest Monday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Curtis B. Barton, 41, faces a felony Texas County warrant for not having a valid license, DWI – drugs, felony driving while revoked, failed to display valid plates, speeding and wearing no seat belt.
He was transported to the Phelps County Jail.
