The National Weather Service said strong to severe thunderstorms are possible late Friday morning into the afternoon/early evening hours.
It said the highest risk is along and east of U.S. 65.
There is a low flooding potential with this system, it said.
Gusty winds and significant fire danger could be possible Friday.
