Members of the Houston board of education handled personnel matters during a meeting on Wednesday night.
The board:
•Accepted the resignation of Tanya Ragain, payroll, human resources and central office employee. (Effective June 30)
•Employed Ethan Skaggs as a paraprofessional.
•Hired Greg Huffman as high school math teacher.
•Employed Kristin Hart as high school English teacher.
All hires were for the next school year.
