A 20-year-old man from Licking was arrested late Friday on three charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Noah T. Cantrell was charged with misdemeanor DWI, driving while suspended and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
He was taken to the Cabool Police Department and later released.
