The Plato School District announced it is pushing back its opening day to Tuesday, Sept. 7.
A “meet the teacher” night is planned for Friday, Sept. 3. The event runs from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for those with the last name A-M. For those N-Z, the time is 6 to 7 p.m.
