A Cabool man faces multiple charges following a crash Thursday, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Cpl. Eric Cooper said a northbound 2005 GMC Canyon driven by Brenton C. Braley, 42, of Cabool, travelled off the left side of Knotts Road and overturned about five miles north of Mountain Grove.
Braley had minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Two passengers also sustained injuries, the patrol said. Danielle A. Rosario, 32, was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield with moderate injuries. Stacy N. Sartor, 35, has minor injuries and refused treatment.
Braley is charged with two counts of felony assault, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, possession of a control substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, failure to register a motor vehicle and felony leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
Cooper said the vehicle was totaled.
