A man from Licking was arrested Monday night on three charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Corey L. Kinnaird, 27, was charged with DWI, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident and having no insurance.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, the patrol said.
