A Willow Springs man was cited and released on several charges Saturday in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Robert E. Vermillion, 37, was charged with DWI (drugs), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to properly display license plates.
