A Summersville man was arrested early Sunday in Texas County on three charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Jason M. Woolsey, 40, was charged with DWI – alcohol, failing to drive on right half of the roadway and speeding.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
