A Summersville man was arrested Saturday on nine offenses in Carter County.
William D. Collins, 35, was arrested on these charges:
•Felony possession of a controlled substance: methamphetamine.
•Felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
•Felony Howell County warrants – probation violation for resisting arrest and non-support.
•Felony Texas County warrant – possession of a controlled substance.
•Felony driving while revoked.
•Misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
•Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Display license plate of another person.
He is held in the Howell County Sheriff’s Department without bond.
