The following are excerpts from just some of the reports recently generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Heather L. Cierley, 35, of 106 Redbud Drive in Houston, was issued a citation for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Lilly Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. Feb. 3.
An officer made the stop after observing a 2006 Nissan sedan with an equipment violation. After making contact with the driver, the officer smelled alcohol and field sobriety tests were conducted.
Cierley was taken to the Texas County Jail and released to a sober driver.
•Kerri L. Van Holten, 31, of 615 Second St. in Houston, was cited for driving while suspended on Jan. 28.
