A man from Eunice was arrested Sunday on multiple warrants from Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrols said.
Roger E. Burgess, 51, was arrested on a felony warrant for delivery of a controlled substance, a felony warrant for resisting arrest, a felony warrant for driving while revoked, misdemeanor warrant for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor warrant for failure to produce insurance, misdemeanor warrant for littering, as well as felony delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is held in the Texas County Jail without bond.
