One person was arrested and another cited Wednesday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Terry M. Arvin, 54, of Summersville, was arrested on three counts of second-degree assault. and careless and imprudent driving.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
He was formally charged Thursday with second-degree assault and held on $200,000 bond.
Royce S. Swann, 19, of Elk Creek, was arrested on felony possession of 35 grams or less marijuana – methamphetamine, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – amphetamine and failure to register motor vehicle with the department of revenue. He was cited and released.
