Grass, tree fires near Licking city pool; other calls reported

The Licking Fire Department was called just before noon Saturday to a grass fire that spread to trees near the Licking city pool. 

At about 1:45 p.m., the department was dispatched to a grass fire at 12520 Kitchem Drive, east of the community.

At about 2 p.m., an electrical pole was reported on fire on Bear Claw Road at Raymondville.
