A Hartshorn woman faces four charges following her arrest Monday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Amanda K. Kennedy, 38, was wanted on a Texas County misdemeanor warrant for a traffic violation. She also was cited with having no valid license plate, having no insurance and wearing no seat belt.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
