The City of Houston will soon begin interviewing again for a city utility clerk.
Carrie Lycke tendered her resignation Monday, said City Administrator Tona Bowen.
Lycke had recently been hired to fill a position vacated by Heather Sponsler, who was elevated to city clerk.
