Fawn Bell filed for the post held by Sheila Walker. Charles “Chalky” Wells filed earlier.
Seeking re-election are Ward III Alderwoman Viki Narancich and Ward I Alderman Joe Honeycutt.
The deadline to file is 5 p.m. Jan. 16.
