An inmate at the South Central Correctional Center at Licking died early last Wednesday, officials announced.
Christopher Mysak, 36, died at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston. He was serving a 100-year sentence for first-degree statutory rape, four counts of first-degree statutory sodomy and two counts of incest from Cass County. He entered the corrections system in February 2015.
An autopsy will be conducted. The department does not suspect foul play was involved, officials said.
