The following accidents were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Renee M. Mohrman, 52, of Raymondville, was injured Sunday night when her vehicle struck a deer about 4.5 miles north of Cabool on U.S. 63. Cpl. Terry Nelson said she was taken with minor injuries by private vehicle to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
The 2012 Chevrolet Impala that Mohrman was driving sustained extensive damage.
Assisting at the scene was Tpr. Jacob Sellars and the Cabool Fire Department.
• Traffic along U.S. 63 south of Houston slowed late last Thursday afternoon after an accident near Indian Creek. Tpr. Jacob Sellars said a westbound 1994 GMC 1500 pickup driven by Dustin E. Cross, 35, of Houston, failed to yield to a northbound 2003 Peterbilt that had displayed a turn signal. Both vehicles struck in the northbound lane, Sellars said.
A passenger in the Cross vehicle, Stacy L. Treacy, 36, of Houston, was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital. She had minor injuries.
The pickup was totaled; everyone was wearing a seat belt.
Also on the scene were the Houston Rural Fire Department and Texas County Sheriff’s Department.
