Summersville has a new postmaster.
She is Deborah J. Champion, who has 10 years of retail management and 20 years of customer services skills with the U.S. Postal Service. She has held a variety of roles with the agency.
Champion was born in St. Louis, and moved with Dillon, Colo., where she got married and raised her children. In 2008, she returned to Missouri to be closer to family.
Champion said she and her husband will live in Summersville and they look forward to being a part of the community.
