HOUSTON CHOIR FUNDRAISING DINNER ANNOUNCED
The annual spaghetti dinner and karaoke night hosted by the Houston Schools choir department is 5-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, inside the HHS cafeteria. Proceeds will assist with the choirs’ trip to sing at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. in May.
Cost is $5 per person. Children five and under are free. Tickets are available from choir members or at the door.
FINANCIAL AID OFFERED AT SCHOOL EVENT
Houston Schools is offering a night of assistance with financial aid next week. Tara Volk will be available to meet with students and parents from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday in the high school library.
