• Jeremy L. Bartlett, 27, of 668 Lone Pine Drive in Houston, was issued a citation for stealing under $750 after allegedly shoplifting at Walmart on Sept. 30.
• Richard L. Brothers, 57, of 415 W. Mill St., No. 6, in Houston, was issued citations for driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance after a traffic stop on Oct. 5.
• Ardis F. Morton, 35, of 777 W. Highway 17, No. 9, in Houston, was cited for stealing under $750 after allegedly shoplifting at Walmart on Sept. 30.
• Parish L. Gale, 27, of 19956 Wildwood Drive, No. 29, in Houston, was issued a citation for driving while revoked on Sept. 8.
