The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Samuel J. Rogers, 32, of Licking, was arrested early Sunday on two Texas County warrants for receiving stolen property. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond.
• Dawn M. Prater, 56, of Union, was arrested and later released after her arrest Saturday in Texas County. She was charged with DWI (persistent offender), speeding and wearing no seat belt.
