The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Adam W. Stickel, 29, of Houston, was cited on a DWI charge Saturday evening. He was released to another party.
• Sarah E. Wilson, 25, of Mountain View, was arrested early Saturday in Texas County on charges of DWI and careless and imprudent driving involving a motor vehicle accident, the patrol said. She was processed and released.
• Whitney N. Williams, 26, of Elk Creek, was arrested Friday in Webster County on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Webster County Jail and released.
• Daniel G. Stephens, 34, of Mountain Grove, was charged last Thursday afternoon with felony driving while revoked and no seat belt. He was taken to
