A third annual 5K run/walk to benefit breast cancer research will be held next month in Cabool.
The event is 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Cabool Post Office. It is held in partnership with Healthy Schools Healthy Communities.
Cost is $24 for the purchase of two sheets of breast cancer research stamps. Children 14 and under are free with a paying adult. Registration begins at 9 a.m. A guest speaker will give a presentation at 9:45 a.m.
A free T-shirt will be provided with registrations by Oct. 6. Forms may be picked up at the Cabool Post Office, Cabool City Hall or Cabool Enterprise.
All proceeds benefit breast cancer research.
