Man arrested on DWI charge in county

A Ballwin man was arrested Sunday on a DWI charge in Texas County. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Brian D. Stinson, 40, was also charged with speeding (85 in a 65 zone) and taken to the Texas County Jail and later released.
