Two persons were injured Saturday, July 22, in a three-vehicle crash north of Cabool.

Two persons were injured Saturday morning in three-vehicle crash about two miles north of Cabool on U.S. 63.

Sgt. Dale Pounds of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said a northbound 2007 Jeep Wrangler driven by Dalton J. Carder, 17, of Cabool, was stopped in the roadway to make a left-hand turn and another northbound vehicle, a 1999 Chevrolet truck operated by Noah Mosley, 17, of Graff, struck it in the rear.

Pounds said the Mosley vehicle then crossed the centerline and struck a southbound 2008 Toyota Yaris operated by Barbara Greer, 50, of Webb City. The truck travelled off the roadway and overturned. The Toyota travelled off U.S. 63 into a  ditch.

Mosley, who had minor injuries, was transported by private vehicle to a physician in Mountain Grove. Greer had moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.

All were wearing seat belts.

Also assisting at the scene were Cpl. Curtis Haden, Tpr. Stacy Crewse and the Cabool Fire Department.
