A Graff woman was seriously injured Sunday afternoon in a crash in western Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Julie R. Fillipponi, 61, was driving a southbound 2003 Ford Focus that ran off the roadway and overturned, ejecting her, said Sgt. Dale Pounds. The accident occurred on Highway MM about eight miles northeast of Mountain Grove.
She was not wearing a seat belt, Pounds said.
Fillipponi was flown by medical helicopter to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
Assisting at the scene were Tprs. Jason Sentman, Gregory Tesch and Marty Wiseman, as well as the Mountain Grove Fire Department.
