A Cabool woman was injured Sunday morning when her vehicle struck a deer at Evening Shade, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Sgt. George Falterman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said a northbound 2017 Hyundai Sonoma driven by Thomasina N. Shaw, 31, struck the deer on Highway 17.
Shaw, who had minor injuries, was taken by private vehicle to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Falterman said the vehicle was totaled. Shaw was wearing a seat belt.
