A Licking man was charged Tuesday morning with multiple offenses, including driving while intoxicated.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Verner S. Hill, 32, faces the misdemeanor DWI charge as a prior offender. He was also charged with driving while suspended, no seat belt and failing to yield.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold.
