Joyce Ann Cook, 67, of Licking, passed away Monday, Oct. 17, 2016.

She was born Nov. 22, 1948, in Licking, daughter of Melvin and Ruthene Cook.

She graduated from Licking 
High School in 1966. She worked as a Scheduler and IT Specialist at Fort 
Leonard Wood for 31 years. She retired in 2007.

After 
retirement, she worked at The Store and enjoyed making 
deliveries to students and teachers. She was a huge 
supporter of Licking Wildcats athletics. She enjoyed reading
and spending time with her four grandsons.

She served the last seven years as a member of the Licking City Council.

She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin.

Survivors include two daughters, Joey Roberts
 and Veronica Gardner; four grandsons; her mother, Ruthene Cook; and two brothers Gary Cook and Denny 
Cook.

Memorial services were Saturday, Oct. 22, at Fox Funeral Home with Randy Gardner and Dave Barnes officiating. Inurnment was in Craddock Cemetery.
