A local business is organizing its annual “Good Neighbor Day” on Wednesday, Sept. 14, (today) in Houston.
Here’s how it works: Participants stop by and pick up a dozen roses. They keep one for themselves and pass the other 11 on to different people. About 2,500 will be distributed.
