A Houston man is in the Texas County Jail after his arrest Sunday on numerous charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Matthew J. Ramsey, 29, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to display valid plates and failure to wear a seat belt, the patrol said.
