The Animal Shelter of Texas County (TASTC) will host the “Who Let the Dogs Out 5K Run/Walk” Saturday, May 21.
The fundraising event will begin at 10 a.m. at the Lone Star Plaza in downtown Houston (at Grand Avenue and Pine Street).
Registration is $30, or $35 on race day. Entry forms can be downloaded at www.TASTC.com.
Prizes will be awarded in multiple categories. A “wiener dog race” will also take place, and a bluegrass band will perform in the plaza at 10 a.m.
