A Cabool woman was arrested Saturday night on drug charges and endangering a child, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Norma V. Rabun, 43, is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony driving while intoxicated – drugs, endangering the welfare of a child, no tail lights, driving while revoked, having no insurance, having no valid license plates and displaying plates of another person.
Rabun was taken to the county jail to await the filing of formal charges, the patrol said.
