An investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol resulted in the arrest of two Licking residents on drug charges on Monday, Oct. 12.

Two Licking residents face multiple drug charges following their arrest Monday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 

Christopher L. Jones, 46, was arrested on felony possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, DWI – drug intoxication, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He is held in the Phelps County Jail.

Patricia L. Blake, 55, was arrested on felony possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
