A Summersville man facing three warrants was arrested Thursday morning by the Missouri State Patrol.
Erik S. Warren, 26, was taken to the Texas County Jail following his 10:14 a.m. arrest. He had two felony warrants – theft from the Texas County Sheriff’s Department and failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance from the Phelps County Sheriff’s Department – as well as a misdemeanor warrant from the Summersville Police Department for driving while revoked.
