A Missouri man was arrested Wednesday afternoon and held without bond.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Clarance A. Keller, 51, of Newburg, faced a felony Oregon County warrant for driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor Jefferson County traffic warrant.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond.
