A driver received injuries in an accident Friday that totaled her van in western Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Cpl. Curtis Haden said a southbound 1997 Pontiac van driven by Shana L. Skidmore, 51, failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the roadway, reentered Highway MM five miles south of Bendavis and overturned several times before coming to a stop.
Skidmore, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken with minor injuries by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Haden said.
