A St. Louis man was arrested late Friday night on three charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
David W. Beal, 59, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on charges of DWI, having no proof of insurance and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held 12 hours, the patrol said.
