A Cabool man was charged with five violations, including driving while intoxicated and child endangerment, during an arrest Thursday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
James L. Hutsell, 30, also faces charges of speeding, lane violation and seat belt violation. He was taken to the Cabool Police Department and released, according to an online report.
