A Pennsylvania woman was arrested early Friday morning in Texas County for driving while intoxicated, speeding and not having a valid driver’s license.
Julia R. Boardman, 28, was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, following the 1:38 a.m. arrest.
