A Houston man was arrested Thursday afternoon on an outstanding assault warrant.
Leonard E. Bay, 38, was taken to the Texas County Jail following the 12:40 p.m. arrest by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The warrant was from the Houston Police Department.
