A Cabool man is charged with driving while intoxicated Monday morning in Texas County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Denver J. Colborn, 50, was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold following the 11:48 a.m. arrest. He was also charged with not wearing a seat belt.
