Volunteers are sought to assist in a bike rodeo Saturday, June 6, at Cabool.
Healthy Schools, Healthy Communities, which involves Cabool and Houston, is organizing the free event at the Piney River Recreational Area. Participants should bring their own bikes. Free bike helmets will be presented to participants. Prizes also are available. Registration for those in first through eighth grade begins at 10 a.m.
Volunteers are needed to do bike inspections, do bike and helmet fits and help with activities. To assist, call 417-413-4689.
