Charlie and Mary Beth Shea are the winners of this month’s lawn contest by the Houston Garden Club.
Their home is at 1117 Hawthorn. Other winners: Jay and Kerry York, 716 Ozark, second; and Lynn and Mary Gayer, 517 Hawthorn, third. Honorable mention went to Rita Ruckert, 505 Hawthorn.
The business award went to Evans Funeral Home, 224 Grand Ave.
