Jim Bukowsky of Southern Missouri Investments in Mountain Grove has again been honored by the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the premier association of financial professionals. Bukowsky has earned the award for five straight years, beginning in 2011.

“Only exceptional financial advisors qualify for MDRT,” said Stephen Stahr, CEO of the Million Dollar Round Table. “Qualification is based on a combination of customer service, adherence to a strict ethical code and production. The qualifications are demanding, and only a very small percentage of all the financial advisers in our industry meet the criteria.”

Bukowsky is president and financial adviser at Southern Missouri Investments and has more than 36 years of experience in business and in the investment and financial advising industry. He holds a MBA, BSBA, CRPC, Series 7, Series 66 and life insurance licenses, and is also an investment adviser representative.

Having received undergraduate and master’s degrees in business and finance from Saint Louis University, with additional studies in doctoral degree work, Bukowsky has also taught college as an adjunct professor and teaches at Missouri State University’s school of business. He also has graduated from the Merrill Lynch, AG Edwards and Wells Fargo Financial Advisor Institutes, the Cannon Financial Institute in South Carolina, the Foundations of Financial Leadership in North Carolina and the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colo.

Bukowsky is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Retirement Planning Association and the Financial Service Institute. He is available by appointment at the Community Bank locations in Houston, Eminence and Summersville.

Bukowsky’s securities are offered through Questar Capital Corporation (QCC), a member of FINRA/SIPC. Advisory Services are offered through Questar Asset Management (QAM), a registered investment advisor.

Southern Missouri Investments is independent of QCC and QAM. Its main office is at 922 N. Main St. in Mountain Grove.
