Fires popped up Saturday afternoon in Texas County.
The Raymondville Fire Department was called to 19081 Vollmar Drive, where a woods fire was reported. Another one was dispatched to 20095 Golden Trail. Licking also was dispatched to one call on Bailey Road and later to 18885 Highway CC.
The Houston Rural Fire Department was called Saturday afternoon to a fire close to a Grandview Road structure off Highway DD at the Doyle Lay residence. Later, a structure was reported on fire.
The Huggins Fire Department was called at about 5 p.m. to 9501 Highway M, where a barn was on fire.
On Sunday, the Licking Fire Department was called at about 9 p.m. to a reported trailer fire at 12770 Shafer Road, #24.
