The Texas County Fair Board will sponsor a hog, lamb and goat roast and auction Saturday at the livestock arena at the fairgrounds.
The event will raise funds for the organization, which sponsors a livestock show and sale as part of the Texas County Fair.
Activities begin at 5:30 p.m. The meal ticket includes two changes to win a processed half hog.
