A man from Licking faces charges of DWI, driving while revoked, having no valid plates and insurance.
Ronald G. Morgan, 35, was arrested Saturday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, according to a report.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours.
